Project Team

To meet the objectives of this project, T.Y. Lin International (TYLI) has partnered with a number of experts in their respective fields. Our major sub-consultant for roadway design and traffic engineering services is Greenman-Pedersen Inc. (GPI).  Survey and utility engineering are being provided by Malick & Scherer, PC (M&S).   Other team members include: Richard Grubb & Associates (RGA) for cultural and historical resources consulting; Amy S. Greene Environmental Consultants Inc. (ASGECI) for environmental consulting and permitting; Distinct Engineering Solutions, Inc. (DESI) for geotechnical engineering and hazardous material consultation (LSRP) services. In addition, Stokes Creative Group, Inc. will provide public outreach support and the project website.
